Getting Started

There are two basic ways to purchase rugs on custombraidedrugs.com.  The first is to find an existing pattern/style from our gallery, the second is to use our rug weaver program to either alter an existing pattern, or design your own rug from scratch. Both are detailed below:

Buying an existing style or pattern

1. Choose an existing style or pattern.
2. Determine size of rug desired (remember, we can make it to the inch, so if a standard 5 x 8 doesn’t work perfectly, we’ll do 5’5” x 8’3” to better accommodate your needs.
3. Determine if you want a sample of your colors.  If you do, we will send them to you free of charge.
4. Email or fax us (click here) the particulars of your order.  If you need help figuring some things out, contact us for assistance.
5. Make payment for your rug.
6. Your rug should then ship 1-3 weeks from the date of your order.

Ordering using RUGWEAVER program

1. Open the RUGWEAVER program, read the instructions and start experimenting.
2. Once a design has been determined, print the rug specifications for your records.
3. Send us a copy of the rug specifications for our review and indicate if you would like free sample of colors chosen. (We will try to send you exact braid replication when possible.)
4. Make payment for your rug.
5. Your rug should then ship 1-3 weeks from the date of your order.
